Participating in the meeting...
To ask a question or make a point, please raise your hand and the chair will invite you to make your point. Remember to 'unmute' yourself before speaking.
General meeting 'housekeeping' rules
Please keep yourself muted if you are not talking. This is because microphones are very sensitive and 'pick up' all types of noise, which every participant will be able to hear.
If you are experiencing image or sound issues, it is most often solved by reducing the imposition on your wifi. We suggest 'muting' your video feed using the button on the bottom of the screen, the opposite side to the microphone mute button. You will still be 'in' the meeting, but you will not be seen. If you want to ask a question - we suggest unmuting your mic.
Remember that others will see you on their own screens - so we advise keeping your PC / device on a stable surface (ie not your lap or held in your hand).
Don't forget to smile !!
